The lack of services and response to our warranty request has resulted in frustration and disappointment. Our relatives, who recommended ******* Pools, share this sentiment. It seems my customer rights are being overlooked. Despite the project's completion, we've tried for three months to have our concerns addressed, to no avail. The project manager has been equally inaccessible. The store offers no help; they only direct us elsewhere within the company. I simply request that they honor their commitments as I did upon payment. For the sum of $51,000, one might expect a visit from an Owner, or at the very least, a callback. As a small company, communication should be paramount. If the Owners are unaware, it reflects a lack of respect within the company.I would feel ashamed if my managers neglected an issue to this extent. Moreover, being dismissed by someone I've paid, without a response for two months, is unacceptable. This manager has overstepped his bounds. This is my inaugural BBB complaint. I stand by my words and actions.

This company installed my pool liner and less than a year later it's already stretching and warping. One of the work crews they sent out told us they measured it wrong and they'd have to reorder it. and another "supervisor" came out and said no and FORCED the liner on. the result is a horrible installation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! their work is sub standard! Now my liner is pulling off the sides of the pool. I have plenty of pictures to prove it.

We moved into a home with an exisiting in-ground pool. To update the equipment we used *******. We have paid roughly $3,000 for services over the past 4 years. We understand repairs will always be required when you own a pool, but recently your service technicians caused a major safety issue and did nothing to fix the problem. On 6/13/23 we needed to replace the pump motor again. The first time it was replaced was on 1/14/21 by your company. We didnt like the fact that the previous pump motor didnt last very long but thats how it goes, I guess. After the new pump motor was installed, the technician stated the pump motor was running too hot and we needed a 2HP rather than the 1.5 HP. A different technician came out about a week later and replaced it with the 2HP pump motor.Shortly after this, we noticed we were getting an electric shock from our shower faucet handle while taking a shower in the house. We were also getting a shock from the pool handrail while getting out of the pool.We notified your company because we didnt have any other work done besides the pump motor when the issue started. We assumed the technician didnt ground the pump motor properly. Another technician came out with an apprentice. He re-attached the ground wire but the shock was still happening. He stated that it could be coming from anywhere. He did no further research as to why this was happening. He did not open the pump motor to see if the wiring was done properly. He was only at the house for about 30 minutes and left without fixing the problem. No follow up from Browns was ever done.We then contacted EMC to see if they would have any insight as to what was going on. They sent a crew to the house and tested all the electrical panels and took amperage measurements. They concluded the problem was caused by the pump motor. We hired an electrician to help us because we have no faith in Browns to adequately repair this dangerous issue. We spent an additional $1000 to fix the motor.

WARNING I WOULD NOT recommend Browns ************* We had a pool finished in June 2022 by Browns. During the construction, damage occurred to our driveway caused by dump trucks delivering dirt. We informed ****************** plus sent pictures back in February 2022. We were verbally told this would be taken care of when it was time to put the concrete around the pool . This is a shared driveway that we share with our neighbors. The pool was completed in June 2022 and we were verbally told they would reach out to the concrete company in July. It is October and we still dont have this resolved. After multiple attempts of calling, texting, and emailing the company we cant even get a returned phone call. They had no trouble calling when it was time for a payment and now nothing. I Even my neighbor has said is ****************** not going to take care of the damage to the driveway. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and professionalism. If you said you are going to fix a job you should do it. That is what insurance is for to cover damage caused during a project.

To be able to build a pool, we must have access to the pool site.  Our sales people clearly point this out in advance and also on the signed contract where it states we cannot be responsible for concrete driveways cracking.  The concrete drive to the back of your property and shared with your neighbor was in poor condition before we started.  There was an offer to provide the labor to fix the area if you paid for the concrete.
