I purchased a vehicle from ******* on 01/20/2024 with warranty. I paid $3500 down and financed the remaining $9000 plus warranty and gap insurance. On 04/17/2024 the transmission went out of the vehicle. The warranty company declined the repair based that I had signed up for Lyft rideshare although I didnt start. I have communicated with the owner in attempts to have this resolved or made right in any kind of way. Im basically given the our hands are tied excuses. I am also now responsible for almost $5000 to the repair shop. I have been misguided by this company. And I need help for what to do. I ham now stranded without a vehicle and I have screenshots of him telling me its not an option to check the appropriate box for the correct warranty to have made it valid.

I purchased a car as is. I had noticed a coolant leak within a week of purchasing the car. In my assumption, I believe that the coolant had ran out and needed more. The leak was there before I purchased the car but definitely a slow leak. Within another week of changing that out the coolant started leaking more. I notified the dealership about my issue was told that Id receive help. I never received a call back as well, though I was told that I would be receiving one. Instead of the dealership attempting to reach a resolution the salesman West Duke, continued to make up excuses and was very rude. He continuously talked over me, barely allowing me to get my point across. As a customer, I felt very disrespected and felt threatened for my life as it eventually went too far. His body language was very aggressive as he did move and attempted to charge at me once before walking away. He then decided to walk back out of the building to harass me. He threatened to put his hands on me as well call the cops but he was the aggressor. I also recorded the whole situation as well had a witness on my other device just in case. I am no troubled person. I just want to be treated with respect because thats all I give to people. As I had my service animal with me, in which he did scare as well, I decided to drive away to deescalate the situation, as I drove away he proceeded to threaten me. I am beyond disappointed and feel very disrespected. There were problems with the car before I brought it and ******** knew that. I am very ashamed that I couldnt work this situation with the sales person/manager, as I am all for peace. Business ************* please help me. I would love for a resolution before turning to an attorney as at this point, I was very disrespected as well as threatened by West someone whos supposed to serve customers! He was never aggressive before the sale, so why the aggressiveness after the sale.
