    I used ServPro of *****/Coweta in ************, ** for the mitigation of my home on 10/01/24. During the process of removing my flooring they put holes in my walls and well as damaged the bottom wood edge of my sofa. I made ******, **** and ****** aware of the holes immediately. I have text messages of them saying they would take care of them. Id asked for someone to come and fix the holes right away. It wasnt until I decided to use their reconstruction division to repair my home, that there was a plan to do so. However, due to lack of communication, having to track people down and no shows; I decided to terminate my contract with them on 11/18/24. Since then they have ignored my (and my insurance companys) attempts to have them repair the holes they created. My insurance company reached out to them on the 19th via email. No one responded. I emailed ******** on the 27th. She responded saying shed forwarded my email to all of the managers. Its been over a week since our initial attempt post termination and over a month since I first ask them to fix the damage. After having to chase, ask and be ignored. This is the next step, any other review platform and law institution. **** has stop responding to text or emails. ****** was a no call no show after having to following up asking him what day (no time given) then follow up to ask for a time only for no one to show up or call. ******** was dismissive, condescending and took no accountability that they dropped the ball. My decision to stop working with them and find someone that is capable is being used to spite me. They have chosen to not respond and correct the additional damage to my home cause my their floor removal machine. This has been a disappointing experience, adding to the an already stressful situation. Their motto is Like it Never Happened. They came and added to the damage and disappeared like it never even happened. Until I am acknowledged and made whole I will utilized additional sources.

    We have contacted Mrs **** and reviewed the damages with her at this time.  We prepared an estimate for the repair of said damages and offered to have a contractor come out and make needed repairs.  She has opted at this time to just be compensated monetarily and have her own contractor complete needed repairs.  We are scheduled to deliver check to homeowner on Monday 12/16/24.  This issue at that time should be resolved.  If there are any further questions please let me knows.
