    I had created a ticket and spoke with ******* to get who they use Cyber World Electronics, LLc. I was told between 10am to 2pm. No show. ******* called and couldn't get them on the phone. So ******* emailed them and gave me the number as well. I called and finally got someone. That rep was rude. She kept saying she was odd so they text me but no text was received. Then when I am talking to her my baby starts cry so I talk louder so she can hear me. Instead of answering my questions she hangs up. I called back. Now I am mad at this point. I was refused to even speak to a manager. Then was told that ******* told her manager that I was screaming at her when my baby was crying. Any who I told *******. To me when the manager relays a message like that and taking the word of a rude rep. **** is unprofessional and ******* needs to find another person to do business with.

    I hate that I had to give a star just to write a review. If I could I would give them a million NEGATIVE star review. The customer ********************** rep for this agency is HORRIBLE, RUDE & any other negative words you can possibly think to say. I have no idea in the world why ******* would associate their business with such low class organization as this. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I completely agree with & understand the * rating with the BBB their business license needs to be revoked.

    Caution - this company is the worst. Stay away! You are warned.Customer ********************** absolutely *****. The first person I spoke with gave me one answer, the second person I spoke with gave me an answer that completely negates the first person's answer. The third person I spoke with didn't know their a** from their elbow. Bottom line - my issue was NOT solved. And because of their inadequate problem solving ways, it was an additional 4 days before they could fix my refrigerator/freezer. Again, this company absolutely *****. Run the h*** away from them.In order for me to post this, I had to give them one star, but they don't deserve any at all.

    I purchased a ********** in December 2022 for my mom for Christmas. The tv blacked out and developed horizontal lines in mid January 2023. ******* set up an appointment for CyberWorld to come out. The appointment was cancelled for no apparent reason through text. I called ******* again and another appt was scheduled. CyberWorld first came out in February, they replaced the *** panel which did not work. They came out again in April with another panel that did not work. At the end of April, I had another appointment which had to be rescheduled due to the part not coming in. The 2nd appointment had to also be rescheduled because there were no technicians in the area. The 3rd attempt was cancelled because it had been longer than 7 days (no fault of my own) the 4th attempt it was cancelled again because of poor communication between ******* and CyberWorld. The 5th attempt, May 26th, the service tech was supposed to come between 10am-2pm. At 2pm after hearing nothing from the technician, I called CyberWorld who told me he was running late. I explained to the rep that I could not wait for him because I had other arrangements. I was told to contact ******* because this issue had been ongoing for months. While on the phone with *******, the tech called me around 2:30 telling me he was on the way and he lost track of time (as if I was supposed to drop everything I had going on and wait) Luckily, I was able to get in contact with my mom and she came over. Otherwise I would have had to reschedule for the 6th time. Well, guess what! The new *** panel still did not work. This company has poor communication and customer **********************, and lacks professionalism. A week prior to the last repair I asked to speak to a manager, who was busy at the time. A rep informed me they would leave a message for him to call me back. After a week, he still has not reached out to me. I will never support either company again!

    Not a reliable company. They were supposed to come to my home and repair my tv. They would schedule then day of cancel saying they did not have the part even though they said the part was in their possession.

    This company came out to diagnose the problem I was having with my dishwasher and after paying for the diagnoses and trip charge I called them back to get some feed back on the issue and they ghosted me. I left several messages with the company and the technician and no one would call me back. Do not go with this company because they have terrible customer **********************.

    Worst experience I have ever had dealing with any company over a 30 year period. They schedule appointments and cancel without informing the customer, just don't bother with showing up and always have an excuse as to why something wasn't fixed appropriately. ******* contracts with them, my suggestion would be to call ******* and ask for a a different company to complete repairs otherwise, it is a waste of time and lots of frustration....Read the other reviews......So many lies and I have them documented.....
