    This company is taking monthly payments from my checking account. They will not return emails and the phone number is not on the website.. I did find a listed number but it's always busy. This has been going on for several months and I just want clarification and details if it is even a valid debt that I owe. If it is valid then I need to know who its for,,how much the debt is and what is the balance etc.

    The phone number related to this business [**************] has sent me the following messages on the dates indicated: Dear (Name nondisclosed). To avoid non compliance and escalation please call ************. Text STOP to opt out on November 17 @ 9:43. Another message was texted again this morning with this message: (Name nondisclosed) we have exhausted all resources trying to reach you. Call ************ immediately. Refer to file ******. Tex STOP to opt out. This business needs to stop harassing me with these text messages (and I have received a couple of phone calls as well, which I have deleted). The person whose name I have not disclosed is NOT me and cannot be reached at my number. STOP CALLING AND/OR TEXTING ME IMMEDIATELY!

    This company has been harassing myself and my family members for the last couple weeks with calls claiming they are collecting a debt. No such debt exists. This is a scam. They are very aggressive and threatening. I want them to stop.

    This company text me and I have no idea who they are. They also text my father directed towards me. I tried calling the phone number and continue to get a voicemail. I would like them to stop harassing me and my family immediately.

    To whom it may concern,This company has been texting myself and my parents over a debt that is non existent from over 10 years ago. I called and I asked them last year to stop and told them this is not accurate. I do not owe this debt I do not know where they are getting this information from but this loan was paid in full during the time it was required to be paid over 10 years ago PER THE COMPANY THAT I TOOK THE LOAN FROM (Advance America) Any further requests should be directed to Advance America them. I do not know why DVS is continuing to harass me as they have not provided any proof or documentation. Again, I have NEVER received any proof or documentation over the last ************************************************************************************** trying to collect a nonexistent debt. Not to mention they have no right or consent to contact anyone about any of my accounts other than me and they have reached out to my father several times via call and text about this. I would like this debt cleared from my name immediately. Furthermore, it is extremely difficult to find out the name of this company and their address on their website is listing the incorrect city. Seems very fraudulent and the *** and *** should look in to this business further.
