    I ordered a pool table on April 20th. After 2 weeks an individual called and said they were out of stock and did I want a different table. Given it was not my decision alone I had to pause for a family decision. The person offered to give me a discount for the inconvenience. Initially we were told if we waited the table would be delivered in June. We agreed to wait and no further mention of a discount was offered. June came and went no table. All along no update and no correspondence from the sales area or email.even I sent another email. Return information now indicated July due to no team to assemble table. Told to wait for a call from delivery. No names, no contact, no information to work with. No table, no further details, no anpologies annd no confirmation ,April to July is unacceptable and poor customer service makes it worse.

    Absolutely ***************** Dont buy from them. They have not been able to get my stuff delivered and installed for now 2 months. Every time i call them they have the same excuse we cant get hold of installer, than why do you have that installer. is he working for free? i am paying 600$ just for installation. They gave me installers number who never picks up the phone. Excuses excuses excuses. If you want to waste your time on the phone with one the most rude customer service, who have no idea how to talk to customers incase something goes wrong. Go ahead and buy from them.
