    *** is not answering my phone calls for 6 days. Are they still in business? Very frustrating!!

    Absolutely Horrible.I made the mistake of getting my home loan from them because my employer "used" them. It turns out that they have nothing to do with my employer. They messed up my first payment and I got a ding on my credit report. They then messed up my tax payment from escrow twice.Now that I am finally trying to close my accounts, they won't close them. They want my driver's license number, a signed letter, and/or to come into their bank.I have moved. If I have to drive 200 miles just to get the lousy $200 that is left in my account, I'll be sure that it costs them...What in the world! Just CLOSE my account!

    I paid associated credit multiple payments ,and they called telling me there system only allowed for 60 days of pre payments, so I sent them,a payment for October , mind you I sent two payments in August which are well within 60 days of October 10th. However I was contacted and told I needed to make a payment for October. And I did on Friday the 24th. Then on Monday the 25th. I was once again contacted and was told I owed a late fee . I explained to the representative that I made multiple payments. And I was told that I still needed to make a payment for a late fee. I asked if they would take it off. And they said no. So I am done with this outfit, and I would recommend if you are looking for a loan. I would go somewhere else. These people are a load of excrement. *********************
