    First off took forever to get the chiller, lots of back and forth and lost my first chiller. After a lot of back and forth offered a discount to get the upgraded one. Did that. Took a little to get it but not as bad as the first time. Stopped pumping cold water out about 4 months after. Went through all the troubleshooting, they determined we needed to send it in to be inspected and fixed (this process of back and forth took a month and a half of them missing scheduled phone calls with us). Said once they got it it would take about a week and then they would ship it back. It has now been over a month since they sent us the confirmation that they received it. No contact with us despite several attempts to reach out to them. Definite frustrations after spending $1200 on the better one. Still no idea when well be getting it back and have had no chiller for our cold plunge for 3 months now.

    It is really hot here in *****, so I got the XL bath with the chiller for me and my wife. So far, we have been sleeping better, and will definitely recommend this product to our neighbors!

    I received the sauna in Feb 2024 and tried to make it work properly for 11 days when I finally contacted company for return instructions and refund as it was clearly defective. I returned the sauna and was advised on April 1/2 that I would be refunded the purchase price. Two months later, still no refund. It cost me over $500 in purchase and return fees to NOT have a sauna. They NEVER answer their customer service phone, and only occasionally respond to what is now "tens" of emails, with vague promises of the refund coming, but it has not. I have sent certified mail only to have that returned by the post office for not being able to deliver it, as they do not have a mail receptacle. Their product is defective and they are void of the integrity required to run a business. This is a good example of a company that is ruining our country. They should be ashamed, and the state of ******* should be ashamed of housing this travesty. Beware of this company and their defective product and non-existent customer support. I am out over $500 over this scam. Do not buy from them!!!

    Essentially a scam company. I received an incomplete order. I thought the other item would be delivered eventually. They did not. Once I reached out for a refund as it was clear they weren't sending anything, they rejected the order for it being past their 30 day return policy. Yet the whole order wasn't fulfilled so they should have honored the return. During this experience, it took days, sometimes weeks, to hear back from their "customer support" and it was an awful experience all around. I would avoid this company and do not recommend them at all.

    Received portable sauna, initially missing poles, they were sent. Once able to put sauna together we used and noticed the steamer and remote do not work properly. Contacted customer service and was told they would send a new unit and I would be able to return faulty unit once I received new unit. Have not received another thing from them no unit, no response, and I send emails consistently to rectify the issue. I am ignored. Extremely poor customer service, faulty products, and overall waste of time and money. Items are made in ***** and website states US made.
