      1-18-24 a writ of judgement garnishment to Red River federal ************ came to my address from law of *********************** of ***************************. on behalf of Main Street Acquisition Corp . a company i have no knowledge of . they have the writ attached to an checking and savings account that does not belong to me but my name is on for bill pay . they are taking all the income my family had. leaving us with no way to survive. this was done without any attempt to communicate .i've lived at the same address for 7+years and receive mail, bills and correspondence from creditors. i don't even know if it's my debt . this is a time barred debt if the date on the writ is correct. i need the original documentation to verify if the debt belong to me . i had no chance to even defend myself now we're on the verge on being homeless with kids.

      Please accept Main Street Acquisition Corp.s (Main Street) response to Complaint ID ********.  Main Street was the former owner of this judgment account, but the account was sold and assigned to Pharus Funding LLC in August 2018.  Main Street is not clear as to why its name has not been removed from the judgment, as this is agreed to as part of the transfer of the account, but it did not direct the law firm handling the matter to file a garnishment.  We would recommend that ****************** contact Pharus Funding LLC at ************ or the law firm handling the matter for further information.  Thank you.
