    This complaint is against the ********, ** location and *** ***************. Upon choosing ******** the system reverts to this ******* location:I am filing this complaint after numerous calls that were left unanswered and voicemails unreturned, as well as reaching out to the **** *************** on LinkedIn. He asked me to provide details on his personal email and I did so. 3 times. I purchased new carpet when I moved into my home in May 2022. The franchisee was ******************* at the ******** location of floor coverings international. After a few months, however, the carpet on the stairs showed significant wear, which meant that the quality of the carpet I purchased, was not the quality that was promised.I spent over $8000 on brand new carpet, and now I am stuck with unsightly and poor quality carpet. The *** ignored my correspondences, that all included receipts of the transactions. All I want is the quality carpet that I was promised before ******************* went out of business! Im furious that this company sold me a poor quality product and Im stuck looking at it. I lost THOUSANDS of dollars and no one in this company cares.

    September 22; 2023 Flooring Installation was performed.by Flooring International Distribution through *********** During the visit, leveling was suggested on the bottom level due to my slab not being leveled for the install. Later, I discover the leveling mix/or some mixture was splattered in my tub and; and wet mix on one stair. I have requested the company to compensate me for repair but consistently been adamant about denying the claim. I am not asking for my entire tub but the material that was left by their installers. There were many issues but this issue was submitted partly to the ********** Claim Departnent(Sedgwick) At this time, I am requesting payment for the cleanup of the splatter and the stair. NOTE: I did not want to clean the entire tub until this has been resolved. Please see uploaded pictures. Again, I am seeking funds to to repair and Cleanup what was left by the installers.
