  Northside Gutters did an excellent job. Cleared all of my downspouts and gutters better than anybody else did before. Completed the work in a timely fashion at a great price. I would highly recommend!

  Called them to figure out why my downspout was spewing water from the top when it rains. Scheduling was an issue from the start as they do not let you know when they are visiting until the day they show up. So be prepared to be "on call" for a few weeks. When they did visit, they repaired a small opening in the gutter where some critters had entered and possibly built a nest. I was assured the clog was cleared. I paid them immediately that day. The next rain though, the same problem occurred. After trying to get them to return for 2 MONTHS, I went ahead and had others handle the clog which was 2 feet of a clogged downspout near the base. Buyer beware. Don't pay until you are 100% the issue is resolved!

  He is a very nice guy but he is incorrect.We do not charge for services that are not 100% complete.He hired us to blow the debris off his roof and repair one gutter. He did not hire us to remove his gutter helmets. We blew off the roof, repaired his gutter and he paid us for that service. Every time he reached out we emailed or called him. We addressed his concerns best possible with the information he provided.Timeline:7/10 He called for us to blow off his roof.7/16 We emailed him to give notice of his upcoming appointment on 7/17.7/17 We performed the service as agreed.7/20 He said the upper back gutter was overflowing. As a courtesy we generated a free work order to clean under that section of covers.7/21 We sent a man to address the upper back Southeast corner gutter as described. **** did not find a clogged gutter or anything wrong with the covers. We notified *** of our findings.8/24 (a month later) *** sent us an email apologizing for giving us the wrong location of the overflow. I called him back the next day and spoke with him about it. After re-evaluating the situation, I postulated that the downspout was configured in such a way that it could cause a leak or overflow issues during heavy rains but not during the light rain. I advised him to pay attention during the rains to see if the downspout needed to be reconfigured or to shed light on other possible causes. We waited for a call back from him that we never received.We were prepared to return again and help him solve his problem.8/30 We received an email from him wanting a follow up on this.9/18 He sent us an email expressing his dissatisfaction. He stated that I told him that this is what our team should have done from the start.9/19/2023 He went on several review sites and left us a poor reviews of work we were never hired to do. Summary: We did the work as agreed. We returned for free to address an unrelated issue he was having. He only paid us to blow off his roof and repair a gutter. This is an unfortunate situation that could have been avoided if he had provided us with the correct information from the beginning.Have a great day
