    I am being harassed and ignored in regards to my bill. I keep getting bills and phone calls. I told them on February 9, 2025 that the VA is not the insurance for this product. I told them ******** was but the **** ***** says VA and when I called this morning, they again asked for my VA information which I did not provide. I called ******** on April 1, **************************************** on the lined as a 3 way call so I know ******** provided the reference #8-1DKIWCGB for payment authorization. I received another bill on April 21, 2025 and a manager was supposed to call me back but never did. I've continually let them know that I have mental health issues and could not deal with this stress plus I did not want my credit rating to sink. I get the same run around every time I call, at least twice a month and this billing issue is no further along to being resolved than it was when it began in February. They will not let me speak with a manager or directly with those who are directly involved with billing. I called a number given **********************) to speak with someone higher up on the chain of command but had to leave a voicemail. Ive even told them I could return the nebulizer because I couldn't take these billing harassments any longer and don't know where else to turn so Im asking for your help. They keep saying it's up for review or it takes 30 days or they've sent a particular person an email or such and such person will call you back etc. Or even to ignore the bills (though it has yet to reflect a zero balance paid by ******** and not the VA) ******** paid for the medication for this nebulizer- claim # ************** on February 9, 2025 but they're still trying to bill VA for the machine. I keep correcting them on the responsible insurance co. ******** provided them a reference # and authorized payment. I still get bills, phone calls and the run around. Thank you for your assistance.
