      Deceptive business practice! Pro Therapy Supplies continues to sell an inferior product for the upgraded price. I ordered and paid for a Fitterfirst ******** PRO Exercise Ball. What I received was a Fitterfirst Duraball CLASSIC which is half the value. When I called about the issue, I was told the PRO is no longer carried. I have to believe that of the several people who dealt with my order, one of them had to notice the error. Which means the substitution was not an error. It was intentional! This company is still offering the PRO item on their website, even though they stated none were in stock and they would not be getting more. The company did accept the return, but not every customer will notice the switch.

      We at Pro Therapy Supplies strive to provide the best quality products with the best **************** that being said we apologize for the issue you experienced with your order. I have looked into this and have found the item you ordered was the Fitterfirst ******** PRO Exercise Ball-55 cm-Purple, the box it was sent in stated this on the outside of the box BUT the item on the inside of the box was the Classic Exercise Ball not the Pro Exercise Ball. We did contact the Manufacturer on the issue and found out that they had mistakenly placed the Classic Exercise Ball in the Pro Exercise Ball box. The manufacturer let us know at this time the Classic Exercise Ball is no longer available and the PRO Exercise Ball is on backorder. We are not able to get the item back in stock at this time but hope to replenish our stock as soon as the manufacturer has the item available. I have also checked our website and see the item is no longer available for purchase, once we are able to receive the item back in stock we will then add the item back on the site for purchase. We do sincerely apologize for the confusion and mix up with the item and the order.
