    As of July 29th, 2024 this company has yet to rectify one of the many errors that it has caused involving brokering my auto insurance. I now have a debt in collections and am being notified constantly. This brokerage group was notified via phone call and email about cancellation with ************** and cutting ties with them altogether. The agent spoken with provided his email to send email notifying of this request. This request was not addressed until months later after it accrued a debt that they ignored and proceeded with no urgency. This was not the first financial transaction that the group put in a bind. There were two occasions where the group made clerical errors which resulted in suspension of registration, then cancellation of insurance. The manager stepped in and stated he would be accepting responsibility and lied on how he would handle going forward. This resulted in me overpaying by an extra $80 for almost a year. I am filing a complaint in hopes this happens to no one else snd for this company to assume and rectify this debt in collections. I have countless emails to prove all that transpired.
