      I placed an order on April 4th in the amount of $33.38 for name tag stickers. On May 1st, I had not yet received any tracking information and sent an inquiry as to the status of my order. I was told it was shipped on 4/22 but it didn't mean anything that the tracking number provided did not show the package had shipped at all. I waited another week (May 8th) with no update and the tracking number still showed that the item had never been shipped. I sent a request on May 8th for a refund as it had now been over a month since placing the order. The company will not respond to my request for a refund. I sent another request for refund today, May 14th. I would like assistance in making sure I am reimbursed for not receiving my order and to ensure that the company does not ignore my request. Thank you.

      We shipped this order and unfortunately the post office never scanned it in and lost the order. We are so sorry and refunded the customer already. This email says you sent an earlier request of which we do not see in our system. Thank you

      I placed an order on 9/2/2022 and it still hasnt shipped. *** tried calling but cannot get through to anyone or leave a message. I have tried emailing but the email is rejected as not deliverable. I dont know what to do next. They have my money already.

      We are a bit confused about this complaint.

      1. ***************** ordered these cotton woven labels on September 2nd. These are the only items we do not make in our building.

      2.On the page in which she ordered is both the production/delivery information as well as a terms agreement that she clicked to agree. The production/delivery clearly states these labels are loomed in Europe and take 3 to 5 weeks to produce plus shipping time. we also denote on the the page (* ALL TIMES ARE APPROXIMATE AND STANDARD ORDERS ARE NOT GUARANTEED BY A SPECIFIC DATE) since these are made overseas we do not want to mislead customers.

      3.The terms agreement page (also on the page in which she placed the order and has a hyper link that can be clicked as many times to read it as necessary #9 states: " I have thoroughly read, understand & agree to all of Name Maker *** Manufacturing, Production, payment shipping time frames and delivery policies and procedures" You can also view her order ticket which shows she agreed to these terms.

      4. See attached email chains. She contacted The BBB before even emailing us. She contacted you on the 22nd. She emailed us on September 23rd and we responded to her the same day. When we received your email we were confused as there were no emails from this customers until the next day.

      5. We have an extensive phone system that is able to show calls received throughout the day during business hours. We had one of our reps go through and look for the phone number associated with ***************** and do not see any missed or any phone calls coming from that number. Our voicemail does accept messages (it does not tell you to leave a message or even allow you to leave a message)

      6. We have attached several documents showing our policies, production times, emails etc.... Please let us know if you need any additional information

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      I will say that I called several times and waited on hold for a long time and then the call was ended, not by me. This happened several times. *************) I also emailed but the email wouldnt go through. I started to think the company was out of business as I couldnt reach them. They definitely need to look at this problem.

      I didnt realize what I ordered was the cotton ones that take a longer time. Thats my own fault. Im sorry about that.  The info was there but not specific to my particular order. You have to read through all options.  I did finally get an email from them explaining this so I appreciate that. I did have failed email attempts prior to that though. Im looking forward to getting my order.
