    I paid this company accidentally via venmo for $3,200 and they accepted it knowing they didnt do work for me, being I live in **. I spoke with someone who said they would reimburse me and then they stopped answering my calls and messages without reimbursing me. They accepted payment on June 2nd, I called on June 6th, and have text proof of them saying theyd reimburse me and they havent. I followed up on 6/7, 6/8, 6/9 and my calls and text messages are be ignored. ***** also wont help.

    Posada Landscaping redid our backyard in January 2021. Initially, there was an area in front of one of the retaining walls that was holding water so they came out and resloped that small area. 6 months after that, we started having drainage is***s in front of that wall that spanned half the yard with pooling/standing water. It took 6 months of contacting them before they would even come look at it (April 2022) and then we still had no response from them as to what they were going to do about it. We paid them $17,000 and part of the reason we went with them was because they had a 3-year warranty. Well, a warranty does no good if you can't get them to come back out. We got quotes from others to come fix the problem and continued to try to get a response from Posada as to what they were going to do to resolve the is***. They only responded when we finally threatened to *** them. We were told (in June) that it would be mid- to late August before they could get to us. It is now mid-September and they have yet to respond or show up.

    Weve told client that we would be there but as they know weather has been horrible & pushes us back on schedule. We told them it would be fixed so its going to be fixed. Our plan is mid October since weve had to push back out schedule multiple times because of the weather and our other clients understand so i dont know why they wont.
    No refund should be issued since there was a wall & patio done in that priced that they mentioned as well. The issue was checked out in May of 2021, October 5th 2021 as well when a tree was replaced, & then again April 4th 2022. And they know that we stick with our warrant because weve replaced a tree that died as well. We are going to fix the issue they claim they have but all we as for is for Patience.

    I am rejecting this response because they told us in June it would be mid-August and we contacted them August 24th to find out when they would be here and got no response. Here it is almost the middle of September and I heard from them tonight only because we filed this complaint with BBB and now theyre saying mid-October. Meanwhile we have the other landscapers on hold waiting for Posada to do the right thing before we have to come out of pocket again to fix the problems. We get pushed to the back of the line because its warranty work and theyre not making any money from this work.

    I am rejecting this response because: we did not make a false claim. We have been trying to get this issue fixed for a year. We would be more understanding if the company would ever respond to texts or phone calls. We might get a vague response once every 10 times we try to reach them.
