    Took my machine to them as they are the only ****** *** services in the area. They came back with a repair estimate and I accepted (engine was smoking). Got a call the repair was complete, went to pick it up. Loaded the machine, and took it home. Upon unloading the machine the engine blew up. Called ***** and he said I should bring the machine back & so I did. Come to find out they didnt check the oil before returning to me and that was the cause of the engine failure. ***** calls me back with 3 options of handling the situation. One was return my money and the broken machine. Two was credit me some money towards the purchase of a new machine. Three was repair the machine with a new engine, yet have me help pay for some of this. I agreed to a specific amount against my better judgement. Some weeks later the machine is ready for pickup, go retrieve the machine. First time I use the machine the battery box catches on fire and melts the terminals off the battery. Upon further inspection they pinched the positive battery cable between the engine and the mounting surface during the installation. After 4 hours of my weekend to repair the machine so its not dead in the middle of my lawn. I sent ***** an email and go no response, tried to call multiple times during the week. Finally got in touch with ***** and was less than empathetic. I asked for some of my money back as I spent my Sunday repairing what I paid his repair shop to do. He told me to be lucky that I have a new engine and I was getting nothing. After purchasing a new battery and 4 hours of my own time this shop is incapable of repairing anything.
