    I hired *********** to not only kill the weeds on one side of my house but also to enhance the grass on that same side. I paid for two treatments and not only are there bigger weeds than I had before but also it seems that the grass is dead leading to spotting etc. My grass is worse off than when they started. They did come out twice to ***** the situation and retreat supposedly but I have seen nothing of the sort. I terminated my contract with them as I was spending money and not seeing a result. I am not sure of the resolution as the money has been spent and I just simply want my grass to not have weeds and be at least how it was before they started treating it.

    I'm sorry to hear about your experience with us! After reviewing the account, I wonder if the weed issues you are having are because of you starting the service in the late fall. You may have missed a pre-emergent that helps control those weeds that you are seeing. I will have the manager of ******** reach out to you and see if there is something we can do to help rectify the situation.

    I am customer. I recently filed a complaint via BBB about my grass and how I was seeing weeds still and furthermore, my grass was damaged and not growing since they started treating my grass for weeds and other treatments they suggested. I took video. I was informed someone would reach out but no one did so refiling with further evidence.

    I had the branch manager in ******** (Were you are serviced out of) try to contact you. He said he has called and texted you a few times between 4-18-25 and 4-24-25, but has not received a response. Please reach out to him to see if we can resolve your issue. From looking at the treatment history, I see you had new sod installed in the fall of 2024 and then hired us to do service for your lawn. We can not apply pre-emergent to new sod as it will damage the root system and keep it from establishing. Because of not being able to apply it, the weeds are emerging.

    I am rejecting this response because no one called and I definitely did not receive a text (or email for that matter). I only had one side of my lawn sodded, in the front so I was very aware that this area could not be treated but on the left side of the house (facing the house) where I had grass; that's the area I was paying to be treated. I took pics of this area and have attached them.
