    DO NOT USE This was a scam - i provided dimensions for all my items in quote (very specific) then united moving said wow such a small move, I'm seeing you have room for 8 more large boxes at this rate with no additional charge, then I proceed to add 0 extra boxes, and the pick up crew added on several fees which were not disclosed, they called my couch a sleeper sofa, it was not that was an up charge. Then United failed to tell me the technical flight of stairs is 7 stairs, I had 8 stairs in 1 floor so they charged an additional 150 then brought weight into play which was another 600 extra.... I was told 7 days *** till delivery by day 10 I start calling daily, no one will answer, when I tried to explain the issue to rep who lied/falsified information and withheld information they ignored, no customer service called back until day 16, they said in the next 24 hrs I'll get a call to confirm my delivery within the next 48 hrs, today (4 days later) they can't get their lies straight, or communicate with one another and unprofessional customer service says "it prolly be dere by dis week" mind you i lost wages for 2 days to be home and present and meet their timeline and they failed to communicate that 48 hr window was no longer happening, that my stuff shipped but they can't tell me where it is or when I should get it don't get lied to or overcharged
