    01/22/24 Be wary of this moving company!!! Between my husband and I we have used a national moving company five (5) times, including having items stored for one month and NEVER had an issue with damaged furniture or missing/lost boxes until this last move with National Movers. From the beginning this was a moving nightmare personified. We had packed approximately 75% of our belongings and needed them to pack the remainder at what was quoted to be an unreasonable fee, but we had no choice due to time constraints. They were very adamant about receiving their payment via bank Cashiers Check and were displeased when we put the balance on a credit card. They never arrived on time either day and had to return the morning of loading the truck to complete packing in addition to loading the truck. One packing person spent more time smoking/talking on his cell phone than packing. On Sunday, they were five (5) hours late for the completion of packing and packing/loading the truck and threaten to leave Sunday evening at 6 p.m. without finishing. It took a great deal of pleading /convincing that we had to be COMPLETELY out of the house Sunday night as we were closing on Monday and anything remaining in the house would no longer be our property. Finally, they agreed to complete packing/loading and left at 9:30 p.m. However, the issues continued, we received other clients belongings, had numerous damages to furniture and other items, new flooring in the new house was damaged (when moving in washer/dryer), numerous missing tools and priceless items. A claim, including photos, was submitted in July 2023 and we are still awaiting a response. Initally, we made a number of phone calls, left messages, but were not called back until we put a hold on the last credit card payment. However, that did not change much as the company was still unresponsive to calls and more recently to five (5) emails sent in January ****. Our recommendation...find a reputable moving company.

    I moved with National Movers from *********, ************** to **********, ******* move went smooth. ***** and **** was on time. Price was decent receive delivery within 24 hours highly recommend.

    BEWARE!! If there is only one review you ever pay attention to, please let this be the one. I am genuinely trying to help other consumers to not have to experience what I did. I have never in my life experienced anything like this as a customer. DESPICABLE COMPANY. The time for my moving day was not ever confirmed. The experience was overall good but I did have a few things that I wanted to alert the company about afterwards- more of just a heads up. Mainly that the lead on my project shared with me he had just started that day after applying over the weekend- no background check or anything. I did so via email and had to request a RESPONSE and was treated with defensiveness and was more or less called a liar. I have never been treated this way as a customer in my life. I was completely taken aback; shocked in fact. It all went downhill from there. I was being punished. I was storing my belongings in their warehouse and all of a sudden was told I now owed 60 more per month. I inquired about a copy of my inventory list 3x after my first move and was completely ignored. I became so concerned that everything I owned was in this place- I felt uneasy and that my stuff was unsafe. When I provided a move date for furniture delivery 3 months later, I was never acknowledged and then ghosted for over a month. I was a day away from filing a local police report. When my furniture finally arrived, there wasnt a piece of furniture that didnt have some form of damage. EVERY box was either squished or torn. I had so many broken items, especially dishes and things that couldnt be replaced. My bed was missing the hardware so couldnt be put together. I could go on and on about the damage and every little negative thing that I experienced throughout this move but will stop at this. Moving is stressful enough- this experience was so horrible. This was a 10k move. PLEASE spend your $ with a national & reputable company with multiple locations so you can deal with more than one human

    This customer was picked up on *********.  We have tried everything we could do to accommodate this customer.  Her damage claim was processed.  On Oct 15, 2021 the customer was sent an email with an offer and asking the customer to call us as we where having difficulty reaching her.  We have not heard from her until now which is 2 years after the move date.
