  I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of US Moving Corporation based on my recent, deeply unsatisfactory experience.The entire process, from the abrupt change in pickup dates to unexpected charges and a complete failure to meet promised delivery timelines, has been a nightmare. They will promise you the world, and then disappear once they have received your deposit. The lack of communication and transparency is astounding.The company charged me double the initially quoted amount, citing elevator fees, hallway distance, and additional boxes details conveniently omitted during the sales call. You have no time to read the fine print when they call you as they demand you sign the contract right there and then when you are on the phone with them. To make matters worse, my belongings, promised for delivery on Jan 9th-10th, are still nowhere to be seen a week later after they picked up items. The lack of a specific delivery time has forced me to spend extra on food as my kitchen essentials are inaccessible.Communication is sorely lacking, evident in the neglectful handling of my COI request, requiring multiple follow-*** over more than a week.This moving experience has been nothing short of a disaster. I urge anyone considering their services to think twice and explore more reliable alternatives. At the end of the day, youll be spending more than if you wouldve gone with a more reputable company to begin with.   The only complaint i have is this company did not call me sooner. *** is the real deal. After discussing my plans with *****, who i found to be very knowledgeable and dependable throughout the entire process. Its very refreshing to find someone that enjoys what he does and does what he says. My wife and i are ** in age so we had the company do a full pack for us. They did everything . The crew took their time and were very careful with our furniture. Without a doubt the best moving experience we ever had. The estimate was very fair and they tell you the cost before before it goes in the truck. We added some extra furniture at the last minute, so our overall price did go up a little but we expected it to do so. I have already given the name and phone number to some close friends who are also moving. A great experience overall. Thank you USA, **********************

  From beginning to end, USA Moving Corporation was the best choice. We moved from ********** to ******** with their expert assistance. They arrived on time and packed all of our belongings safely into their truck. The weather was awful - temperature was nearly 100 with high humidity. The team packed all of our furniture in moving pads and retaped boxes to make everything secure. I had many conversations with *********************** in dispatch concerning delivery. He was incredibly helpful (and eased my anxieties every time). The delivery had to be rescheduled several times as we were not ready. Each time, ****** took care of our needs. The delivery team was amazing. We had two complicated platform storage beds. *********************** had the skills and took the time to put them back together for us. I highly recommend USA Moving Corporation for all your moves.

Even though the quote was out of our budget, he took the time to educate us about alternatives.   After hearing all the horror stories about the moving industry I was thinking about a truck rental. Wow I am so glad I went with this company. The price was close to what it would have cost me to do it myself and I did not have to lift a thing. The movers were on time and very polite. They let me know exactly where I was at with my cubic feet so I did not go over the quote. I would recommend this USA MOVING CORPORATION to anyone looking to move. Great experience!!!!!
