    I'm a print broker and Media Graphix has been a great vendor until this most recent project, Christmas cards printed and mailed. My client was very unhappy about the production of their Christmas card order. They wanted the cards to go out within the first two weeks of December. I sent the order on November 30th and delivered payment on December 11th. Since Media Graphix has always delivered orders promptly, I expected the order to already be finished with production by that time. I called on December 13th and was told that the cards were going in the mail on December 14th. After losing my voice because of illness, I sent several emails requesting confirmation that the cards had been mailed, but got no response. I finally called on December 21st and was able to whisper to the receptionist that I needed verification of delivery as soon as possible, which I got, only to see that the cards weren't mailed until December 20th. My client didn't receive her card until December 22nd. She notified me immediately that the printing was incorrect and one of their logos was cut off the bottom of the front of the card. She requested a full refund for the order.I sent an email describing the situation and requesting a refund on December 26, 2023 and never received a response.
