    *************************************** sold me a defective alarm system for 650 dollars and i immediately had issues with the product this was around sept 10 and i've been trying to get the product to act right every since then. He said that the monitor fell and one of the antenna wires was affected meaning the wireless part would be affected then he agreed to fix it for 400 dollars. i agreed to this but when it came time to fix it he raised the price another 100 dollars to 500. All this after he rushed to install the system and left loose wires hanging and a hole in the side of my wall . I still cannot understand why i can't just order a new part to replace the old part but i would need according to ****** a whole new system. considering i just paid good money for the one not acting right i asked if he could fix it for the 400 he said yes and left. Now that i want him to do what he said he became rude and disrespectful and made some racist comments to me!! I Had another guy coke out and re wire the system directly to the internet which fixed most of the problem. how ever one of the cameras is still offline and it's not due to anything that i've done. The second guy said it's the camera itself and stated that they come with a warranty and that The original installer should handle this. ****** insist on being rude and disrespectful and it's not even been 30 days since i paid him for this work. I asked if the hub and the interior camera could be mounted he refused to do so. I had no idea that if this tiny box fel it would become useless i feel like he could have mounted this piece somewhere or made it secure he just plugged it in and left me to figure everything out on my own. This whole thing could have been rectified if he just did the repair at the price he said but he insist on double charging me even though he rushed through my set up and this could also lead to a loss in use of the camera. the one that doesn't work is the one that was left hanging out of the wall.

    We went back to the customer house and fix the issues and agree, customer agree to removed the claim from here since we probably had just a miscommunication.
