    Purchased December 15th; Was promised the items ($166 of nutritional supplements) would be shipped the next day if I bought within 4 or so hours (according to a countdown ticker on the websites checkout page). I reached out to see the status, was told an item is on back order. The purchase was made with the understanding shipping would be more or less immediate and that the items the said were in stock actually were in stock. I reached out to cancel the order and ask for a refund. I was told not to worry, they would ship me the items. 3-4 days later I cannot get ahold of customer service, no items have shipped, and they are holding my money.

    Ordered three items from this company. I tried each one time and felt no effect whatsoever. If anything these energy supplements made me feel tired. I asked for a refund and the company says they dont refund open items. I have serious doubts that the supplement facts are accurate. There is no way I would feel tired after taking it if it has the caffeine amount they claim. Terrible company. Doesnt stand behind their products.

    Placed order on 3/21 with express shipping. Order has not yet actually left the origin facility and it is 5 days later. Huge Supplements refuses to answer any inquiries in regards to this. Ive emailed numerous times along with reaching out on their contact us form on their website, along with the reaching out on ******** and Instagram. NOTHING AT ALL. Ive also opened a case with ***** Ive contacted my local post office and district office - no response. The merchant will not respond, so I cannot ask for a refund or a replacement. Rather, I have, they just dont respond.

    April 25, 2023 $49.23 Bait and switch marketing On the businesses website they advertise including shaker bottles with every order of their whey protein, as shown in the product photos for said protein. When I received my order it was incomplete as there was no bottle inside. Upon getting contact with your customer service, they claimed the promotion has not been on their website for a month despite my sharing of screenshots showing the contrary.

    I purchased 2 products on September 12th, 2022, I accidentally purchased the second one but they told me they already shipped it so the order couldnt be changed and it would be here in 1-3 business days. I had not received my stuff by September 21st, 2022 so I reached out and heard nothing. Still hadnt got them by September 25th, 2022 reached out and heard nothing. Still had not received anything my October 12th, 2022 reached out and finally heard something they said *** lost the package and they were gonna send another one. Still didnt have anything by october 31st, 2022 so I reached out again and heard nothing. Then on November 8th, still didnt receive anything so I reached out a final time and didnt hear anything back.
