Stay away from Nutracap's unethical business practices.Nutracap has been very deceptive since day one.They sent the wrong quote to get the business and after receiving the deposit, they sent a revised quote with a higher price. The new price was no longer in the desired price range, and a refund was requested.After multiple follow-ups, shady proposals, and lots of misleading information, Nutracap has failed to return the deposit. Actually this company doesn't deserve any stars.They told my cousin a quote and then after she asked twice if the quote was correct and they said yes, she sent the money and approved to start they change the price and now they don't want to give her $$$$ back. I started a product with nutracap in July of 2023. Long story short, they have not made the product, refused to return calls, text or emails for nine months. They now are trying to pass the **** and not refund my deposit. I have tried leaving messages, talking to new people and even speaking to the original sales person. This company is a disaster and should never be trusted. If you decide to work with these guys you are on your own and will regret it!Nutracap

At one point, his account was transferred to a different representative who is typically in charge of handling refunds. Unfortunately, delays from one of our suppliers for a trademark ingredient caused an extended production timeline. We acknowledge that this has been frustrating for Mr. ******** and we apologize for the delay.However, it is important to note that our company policy, as outlined in our terms and conditions, specifies that "Standard manufacturing lead time is six (6) weeks after receipt of all manufacturing materials. Lead times are approximate and will depend upon prompt receipt of all information and materials necessary to permit product manufacture." The process of production can only begin once we have all the necessary materials, and we strive to ensure the highest quality in all products, which sometimes can lead to unforeseen delays.We understand that Mr. ******* has reached out multiple times, and we sincerely apologize for any lack of communication. Worked with Nutracap in the past and they did not fulfill compensation. Questionable management and practices also add to the multiple reasons why this company should not be trusted. My journey with Nutracap began in 2021 with high hopes. Initially, they seemed ideal for a small business like mine, offering low MOQs and excellent flavoring options. The first two production runs went smoothly, with great communication and product quality. However, issues surfaced during the third run.Communication with my account manager became inconsistent, and delays in receiving flavor samples became frustrating. When the samples finally arrived, they were incorrectly prepared, causing further delays. (The flavoring department failed to mix in the flavoring and just sent me raw unflavored ingredients.) This mistake would have been received much better by me if I was given an apology but that did not happen. I also had to wait another 2 months for the corrected samples making it approximately 4 months in total.Problems extended to Nutracaps graphic department, which went unresponsive, affecting label design. Despite promises, the mock-up for my new label never materialized.The most significant setback came with the third production run when 35% of the product arrived damaged and unsellable. My attempts to reach out to Nutracap for a resolution went unanswered to this day.It became evident that Nutracap prioritized larger accounts over smaller ones like mine.One very concerning situation is after purchasing **** labels, they retained more than half without providing access. By not communicating with me at all I have no way of obtaining the remainder of my labels that I paid in full for.This experience led me to switch to a smaller manufacturer that provided exceptional service. I realized that there are manufacturers willing to prioritize all clients, regardless of size.In conclusion, Nutracap may suit larger companies, but smaller businesses and startups should explore alternatives. My journey with them fell short of their marketing claims of being small business-friendly, resulting in disappointment, delays, and unanswered inquiries.Nutracap
