    This company was top notch. From the sales rep ****** to the superintendents overseeing the job crews. They did a fantastic job on repairing my mother's basement walls that collapsed after the excessive rains we had recently. ***** was extremely helpful in working with us and patient with everyone concerned. Would highly recommend Trotter Company fir your basement needs.

    Before contacting The Trotter Company we received three personal references regarding their work. Trotter started with explaining in detail the work being completed, how long the project would take and the estimated cost of the project. Our experience with Trotter was exactly as they stated. In addition they were professional in all aspects of the project. It was a very positive experience having Trotter for the project.

    Trotter was on point from the initial consultation, confirmation of scope and timely completion of the job. There was on-site supervision and questions were welcomed throughout the process. Multiple companies were considered, however, based on this company's long term extensive waterproofing experience, transferable warranty and finally cost, Trotter was the most viable option for me. Would definitely recommend this company.

    I have a 75 year old house. It needs attention every now and then. I have used Trotter for many years and they have solved every basement water issue, foundation issue and a placed a support beam under a renovated kitchen. They arrive promptly, work efficiently and leave the area clean. The work is guaranteed and that warranty can be transferred if you sell. I trust Trotter. Its a wonderful company.
