      Terrible experience (this "firm" can't even tell me what brand of windows I purchased for tax reasons - to late now) and this business is scared to put it in writing but why - I've tried numerous times to contact their team and owner (*****************************) with less than an adequate response. What owner of a company after I've spent ~30k doesn't respond....I know...a coward. My 3 doors (14k) were installed incorrectly and the locks/knobs don't work correctly (my friends/family laugh at me when they use the new door equipment knowing how much I spent) and it needs corrected ASAP. It's a shame this company has already lost neighborhood business based on my experience and I will continue to push the narrative in *******. FYI - this is for the Davis team - figure out who my sales person and installation person was and address this ASAP..
