Since taking over this facility from the previous company (Lotta Space) a year ago, they have raised my rent 3 times. After I gave 30 days notice on 7/5 and moved out within that time, they still autodrafted the entire month of August, stating they don't prorate the last month's rent. I figured since I paid for the entire month I'd use the entire month, but when I tried to go back to my unit to drop off some items on 8/6, my gate code no longer works. Also, in June they neglected to autodraft for the rent, but when I called to notify them, and after 30 minutes of waiting to get a real person on the line, they withdrew an additional $41.60. Because I am unable to access the unit for which I've paid an entire month's rent, I'd like to be refunded the prorated August rent of $182.26 as well as the additional $41.60 that was drafted from my account after I notified them that they had neglected to withdraw June's rent.

Midgard did refund August rent and the amount that was drafted above the June rent.  I'm satisfied with this resolution.

    Thanks,
