    I reached out to All Critter because I thought it would be a good deal. Unfortunately, I started finding negative reviews and itemized them with my communication with ****** who visited my home and asked for a refund for the "downpayment" since no work had been done. ****** visited with a shirt that said All Critter, but no labeled truck and no badge. I asked him about this and he said they were working on that. ****** works for a company called All Critter. During the week prior to what was supposed to be a project completion on the same day that we met, I told him I had reservations. It was at this time I uncovered several bad reviews on ****, found no company website, and generally was disappointed in what I was being told would vs. what I read upon closer review. I am also giving two other numbers to contact ******: *****************-907-1001 When he entered my home, he brought in several "traps" which would seem good enough to start, but after reading reviews later, I saw so many negative reviews about how the homes were left that his company had worked on that I sent him messages about changing my mind due to concerns and the reports I read. There were also employees that were less than stellar and apparently were smoking in the homes they were working on. I also read that a few homes were left with construction/seal issues afterward.During the most recent week, I reached out to ******. I made a request for a refund. I also told him that I would be available for him to pick up his traps that he left in my attic. I let him know since his only communication was coming through ******* list and my texts that I was available Sunday (Feb. 23) to pick up the traps. Ujnfortunately, I did not hear from him at all. Since work had NOT been done on my home, I am seeking a full refund.
