      I took my delivery from the *** driver (a week after I placed my order) and opened it once I got inside. The dry ice had evaporated and the steaks were beginning to thaw. The burger pacs had condensation on them. Right as I was looking at this I got a confirmation from them saying *** dropped off my delivery. I immediately replied telling them what I saw and to issue me a refund or send me a proper shipment. I called and the mailbox was full, I called again on Monday since they were closed over the weekend and got the same message. I sent another email and they replied telling me that dry ice evaporates and thawing is expected. I asked them for my money back and told them theres no mention of thawing is to be expected on their website. Four days later and I am still waiting for a reply.

      Purchased box on May 4th 2025, and after all of the talking and looking over everything the guy put my box together for me put it in my car, by the time I got home I realized there was only four boxes in it not five. He failed to put the fifth box back in there when I decided that I didn't want what he was trying to give me. In addition, some of my boxes didn't have all the meat that they were supposed to have in them. So I decided to go ahead and ask for a refund, even though I paid cash but still I am allowed to refund from what the website says. After calling all the numbers and getting nothing but voicemails and not getting my calls returned I decided to get on here and leave a review for them. The fact that my boxes were missing meat, he didn't put one of my boxes back into the box, I spent $200 and that was with the $50 promo that I got on ********. All I wanted was a refund and they're blowing me off giving me false numbers to call.

      If I could I wouldn't even leave the 1 star, I placed the order on 4/13 and canceled it on 4/14, after one of their employees called me and tried to bully me into buying more, so I told her to cancel it and then she hung up in my face, I tried calling them 2 times and never got an answer, always answering machine but they are totally a company with a name and nothing else. I would advise everyone if you can't see it in person stop buying from shady companies that don't answer their phones and take advantage of people

      I purchased 2 premium steakboxes and. Approximately 60 %of the packages had holes in them. Defrost the meat, pick it up and it looks. ******* was hit point blank with bird shot of a 12 gauge shotgun i buy these boxes quite often from other company's and never had anything bad but this company has changed my whole outlook on stake box's

      These are absolutely horrible!! I don't normally take the time to leave a review, especially negative. I would definitely not call them steak! Extremely paper thin and not even edible. I am reaching out to get a refund.

      The box is labeled prime beef. The meat is tough and it has sinew in the middle of the beef. The shrimp has a strong fishy smell when opening the bag. Not fresh sea food. The chicken is very tough and dry. I have contacted two different people at the company several times. No response. Its been since August 14, 2024 when I purchased this product with the freezer, which is small to hold all the products I purchased, and with a product guarantee. **************** is the worse. Buyer beware. *** *************** ***** 9/18/24
