    Our price went up after leaving a deposit - so we canceled our order. It has been 2 weeks now since we canceled.....and we have made multiple attempts to get our deposit returned. Multiple attempts to even get communication returned. Yet no one will give us a time WHEN or IF they plan to give our deposit back - or even return our communication. I will join the other poor BBB review, leave a ****** Review, Home Advisor, etc. etc. because reviews are important. I hope NO ONE will have the same gut-wrenching experience that we have had. I only wish I had read the negative BBB or any other negative review prior to giving a deposit.We were not given any documentation how to handle cancelations or dispute resolutions prior to giving a deposit. We even stopped by in person to find out when we will receive our deposit because no one returns our communication - and we felt a hostile environment. Not sure if this is designed to not have people ask for their deposit back. Regardless of why someone cancels - a customer deserves to have their communication returned and not feel a hostile environment when on the property.

    Did not abide to contract on their end and very unprofessional with communication.Did a poor installation of a countertop with uneven edges and skipped out on two appointments to correct their mistake.
