A contract was signed on May 2, 2005 for a deck rebuild and fence repair. A 50% deposit paid to Ballard with an estimated date of completion of two to three weeks. It took three weeks for the supplies to be delivered and another two weeks before work began. It is now the middle of July and the job is still not complete. No customer care or consideration just rude responses to requests for a completion date.

This person is not the home owner and or funding the project ! She is disgruntled friend of my customer who owns the property and is funding the property, she is upset because we chose not to accept a project at her property, due to her attitude and not being a good fitReview fromMark R

5 starsFirst off, I want to say how grateful I am this company reached out to us. We had two 18ft projects that needed tackling. Ballard Home Services responded to a ******** post we sent out to a very large audience. After receiving their competitive quote we decided to hire them. The scheduled day/time was rescheduled due to their full schedule going longer than predicted. They next day they arrived very friendly and ready to work. Installation from start to finish for a very large Chandelier & 72 Fan took around 3 hours to complete. They had all the equipment they needed & kept working relentlessly. I recommend Ballard Home Services if you are looking for competing pricing, hard work and projects finished efficiently & completed with care. 4.5 Stars due to rescheduling issue.Review fromChris G

Poor craftsmanship and poor customer **********************. The job was a small porch and after 18 months it will have to be rebuilt.Ballard Home Service LLC

No reason porch needs rebuilt , porch was built according to contract , and scope agreed upon Customer wasnt happy about a railing so we went and replaced railing His neighbors built bigger and much more expensive porches and he didnt have budget for those styles and now is wanting his rebuilt to be likes other in neighborhood His matches his existing one and built to scope and code
