This is the absolute worst most dishonest business EVER! They hire people they don't intend to keep and then fire them in order to severely short them wages--just so they can keep their shifty business going. If they are dishonest with their own employees, do you really trust these people in your house?

The lady who takes customer concerns was the rudest individual I ever come in contact with. She said she was the boss and refused to give name. They charged my card $200 for a service that was cancelled and refused to refund my money. Be ware of this company as they are not reputable and their policy is unclear. Using their services automatically signs you up for monthly service.

TODAY'S EXPERIENCE: Whichever manager I spoke with from ************** on the phone today to try to use their services again was impatient and off-putting. I brieflywalked through ourdisappointing first-time experience to provide context for the clarity I was seeking on packages, and theyassumed I was digging for a discount. I pre-paid full price before services (which were never completed) -- I was only aiming to avoid another colossal ball-drop from your team sincethey never completed thefirst pre-paid job.THE FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE:The first time around the cleaners bickered and threatened one another. One of the maids kept going to her car for breaks, and then finally came back in the house, threw a tantrum complaining her cleaning partner wasn't moving fast enough, asked for her cash tip and drove off. She left her cleaning partner behind with half the house to complete on her own, and no ride back to their facility or next stop. The cleaner who was left behind was too tired to complete the job. Mind you, the job was pre-paid AND NEVER COMPLETED. Floors weren't mopped, dusting was never done (the main ask) and the other requests were half done. I sent images of the incomplete work to the Manager, *************************** and they said they'd send someone back out. That never happened. Hence my call today to try to book new services to give this woman-owned franchise another shot. Again, they blew it by assuming I was seeking a discount while I was trying to diffrentiate the packages on the site. NEVER AGAIN. Terrible work ethic, poor business conduct and customer service. Beware.

I hired Two Maids & A Mop of ************** to do a deep clean on Monday. You can see what that entails in one of the pics. Two ladies show up Monday. 45 minutes or so after they started, a camaro pulled up in the driveway. The lady who was working upstairs walked out and left. No one said anything to me. I go in and ask about it and was told She wasnt feeling good. Then WHY did she come to my house?! So the upstairs wasnt properly cleaned. The ceiling fans werent dusted, the shower wasnt cleaned, the ledges werent all the way cleaned and the loft still had dust. I had to leave to take my daughter to work and the lady that was there said she would finish up and leave. I get back and take the list of what they were SUPPOSED to do, and start inspecting. The cabinets above the stove still had grease on them, the majority of the blinds were not all the way dusted, countertops not cleaned, she mopped around the mats and more (check the pics. There was more but I stopped taking pics after awhile!). So I call and leave a message detailing all of this. The manager calls me back and apologizes and tells me that they are sending two NEW people today to redo everything. I told her I took pics, but I wanted to give them a chance. I relay this info to my wife.. Well, today that same camaro pulls up and the same two ladies get out! So I call the manager who proceeds to tell me that its their policy. That they have to come back to correct their mistakes. I let her know that one, thats not what I was told and two, that is unacceptable. Also, if she left because she wasnt feeling well, why is she back at the house today?! The manager proceeds to tell me that she doesnt understand the problem and that I should just let them redo it since they are here. I told her no. It doesnt work that way. I am the customer and you are the ones who messed up. I have the pictures to prove it. Dont try to force me to take what we didnt agree on!
