BE CAREFUL DOING BUSINESS I am a customer who has been doing business with ********* Auction for some time now and have spent a lot of money with them. I bidded on a Jukebox on 8/4/2024 which was held last week and won a bid on it. I always read the descriptions and make my bids accordly. I bidded on the item only because it stated that "IT WORKS" in the DESCRIPTION. We picked up the item which was not plugged and had been moved away from the wall and on inspection, this jukebox had been modified to work through an audio system! When you guys advertised this jukebox it did not mention any modifications as such or that the jukebox did not work according to how it should by engaging the records that were loaded inside to play. (it also advertised that it had over 100 records) which any reasonable person would expect to play in the jukebox! I talked to ***************** and she went on to tell me things are sold as is - in which I'm fully aware of; however when it Clearly states in the description that IT WORKS! not just that the lights come on. ***************** also went on to tell me - that the jukebox could have been broken while being transported when all I wanted to know was did your company test to see if the item work when they put that in the description. I was told by ****************** that she would speak to the folks that cataloged it and would get back to me. .To date I have not been contacted at all which I feel is bad business on Gleatons part.I would appreciate a resolution regarding this because right now I've spent ****** plus my moving cost to purchase a jukebox that lights up only, or that does not engage the records that are loaded in it, but plays through audio only, so its like I bought a radio that lights up! (Jukebox - is a coin-operated machine that play music from self-contained media.) and that was what Gleatons advertised! I HAVE SPENT A TOTAL OF ********* WITH THIS COMPANY AND WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN!Sincerely,*********************************
