    When shopping in 2021, I was told that all teachers were certified Since our move in ***** we began to get phone calls to come pick up our child as there is a no tolerance policy, and our child wasnt making the best decisions:-not listening to direction/ not taking a nap / spitting in the teachers face (how does this happen when a 4 yr old cant even spit out her toothpaste?)/ kicking the teacher in the face/head/ not putting on a jacket during outside play time (when its 65 outside)/ The last day, we dropped off our child at 845am, and received a call for pick up at 915am. There are no alternatives for discipline or redirecting activities. This is one of the most expensive daycare in town, and one would think the parents and children were treated differently. They treated us like a number and forced us out. Few have degrees or certification, and even less in **************************** A degree or training in anything besides should be in managerial roles only. Please take a look at their website to see what the backgrounds are of all responsible parties.My emails show:Since June 2022, the classroom has had 5 new teachers; they left due to a toxic environment (we are friends with a few); and when the teachers left, the email sent to parents on their reason was false. When concerns of no cameras: heres what we got in return: X mentioned you were not happy that we do not have cameras. As a standard Goddard Corporate policy, we do not have any cameras in our classrooms. There are other schools in the area that have cameras and may be better suited for your needs. When we had a birthday and received celebration guidelines, then told during pickup NOT to bring large cupcakes, because too big to store, and took up too much space in the kitchen. Please take our statement to heart & consider the type of environment that is tainting the Goddard reputation, covered by a poor mgmt. We should get a refund for the days of early pickup.
