    On March 4, 2024, I signed a contract with ************************* of La Sunroom, who sells and builds Temo Sunrooms. ************ obtained a permit from the county where we live on April 3, 2024. ************ hired ******* Sunroom and Exterior to build the Temo Sunroom. They worked on the project from May 21 to May 24, 2024.Mr. ********, the owner of Carters Sunroom and Exterior, pressured us multiple times to write a good review, which I did. However, we found many problems after they left, so I deleted my reviews. On May 28, 2024, they spent all day trying to fix the problems they had crated.They cut our gutters, causing water problems in our house. They also put up two new posts to support the sunroom. There is a huge gap between the base of the deck and the newly installed post, with only a few nails holding the post in place. We had to hire a contractor to fix this problem for safety because ************ and Mr. ******** insisted the support for the deck was fine. We also have other unresolved problems.I continue to find more issues with the sunroom. ************ promised me that all repairs would be done, but as of July 12, 2024, I am still waiting.I asked ************ to provide me with a construction warranty, but he has ignored us so far. He provided a TEMO warranty, but we aren't sure we need to submit the warranty information since the Sunroom is not completed. We paid ************ a total of $39,287.50. Additionally, I am spending $4,200 plus materials so far to fix the structural problems they created. The building inspector informed us that we were responsible for the repair costs if contractor won't fix the problem, even though the contractor did a poor job and could not pass the inspection. We can not use the Sunroom until the inspection is passed.TEMO **** tells us ************************* doesn't work for us, and we can not help you. Carters Sunroom and Exterior did great work other 6 jobs for us.I would like my money back or all repairs to be done.
