    **** F-150 Automatic Transmission was towed improperly. I told the driver that it would tear up the transmission but, he towed the truck on the rear wheels without disconnecting the drive shaft. Any transmission shop will tell you this. Progressive Ins. say could not make contact with the driver so they can't do anything else. I also talked with KNS H353**1303035383334H this morning and they are going to call *************************** with Progressive and try to talk with them also. This claim(# **-5436586) was filed in March of 20** and they are still just dragging it out.     The original tow was done and completed to a local repair shop from the customers house. We towed it again a few months later. Obviously it was running and driving then. He filled the complaint after the second tow. He has since filed a claim directly with the insurance company. If you provide me with a email address to the person handling the complaint I can send the email clearing us on liability from HONK and Progressive. Thank you for your time. I am sorry it took some time. I was injured and in the hospital for 9 days. Thank you again for the opportunity to respond. Let me know if you need anything else from me
