    We purchased a vacation club and were denied access to their website until after the 3-day period to cancel the contract had passed. Every call to plan a vacation is either not answered or dropped. I have been blocked from their website on multiple occasions (which is how you can see the travel options), yet a monthly fee of $50 is charged to my credit card every month. As is evident from the attachments, I have requested multiple times to cancel this membership. I need your help!

    ************* is proud to have provided private membership-based travel services to over ******* member families over the past twenty years, offering guaranteed savings for our members on every type of travel they choose.  We are always sorry to learn that any member feels he had any type of negative experience with our company. We are attempting to contract this member to assist with any issues that they may be having.
    To address specifically their complaints:
    1) All new members who purchase are activated in our system on the very same date as their purchase and have full access to their member benefits either through their travel concierge or online through our member website. 
    2) *** Vacations has had no reports or evidence of a data breach of any kind related to its membership data.  The claim that *** asked them to change their member password due to a data breach is simply baseless.
    3) With regard to the $50 per month charge to the members credit card, it is the result of the member electing a very special promotion to receive with his purchase. The Brio Bucks promotion is best described as a ********** Fee option.
    This special promotion actually redirected the entire $50 that was charged to their credit card each month into a personal ************** Account established for each of our VIP Members as prepaid credits for which he would be able to use 100% of those funds at the end of each 12-month period to spend on any type of travel (other than airfare) that he chose to purchase from our company. 
    A member who chooses to terminate their ********** promotion can instead opt to remove themselves from that program and return to a more traditional annual membership dues model ($149) to be paid at the end of each one-year term to maintain active status of their membership.
