    For me to take the time and write a review, then service had to be horrible but Im just here to save another parent. The patient intake rep did not provide me with a supply list, plan or schedule for my childs first day. I had to initiate contact and inquire what is needed for his first day. She literally gave me a schedule the day before. I get to the location at the scheduled time and all of the employees are literally walking in at the scheduled time and SEEN me in the parking lot and continued to walk inside the building and locked the door behind them. I had to contact the general number which someone told me I was at the wrong location. The intake rep called me and told me I was at the right location but the employees thought I was there for an appt with the doctor *********** But if services start at 8am, why would they lock the door behind them. I was late to work because of the lack of communication. Not only are they unprofessional but they are not attentive to the children. On the very first day of therapy, they stated that my son fell off a swing and he has a bruise on his chin and he had scratches on his arm. They did not contact me and let me know but asked me to sign a incident form when I picked him up. If he was on a swing why wasnt someone standing in front of him or better yet, watching him? Im only sharing my experience to save another parent. Please look elsewhere for services.
