    On February 19, 2024, from Lets Level Up Academy, I purchased a business set up for $399.00, including setting up my website and getting my *** and other business articles. I then received the first initial contact on March 23, 2024, with the business setup form. I completed that and sent the tax ID number and all the required information. And was informed it takes up to 10 days. On April 24, received a message and was requested that additional fees for state *** of $150 had to be paid to her to get for me and I had to obtain a virtual address and I did that as well for $50 a month. I did not pay her the *** fee until May 24, 2024, due to helping pay for my sister's funeral. At that time I inquired about my website and when that was going to be done because I was/am paying $40 monthly. I have since lost my domain due to no activity. The next contact was June 6 wanting my ******* information. Contacted on June 9 requesting access to my ******* and for me to send pictures of items I wanted on it. During that process, I was informed that would take up to 14 days and in that process, you are forced to buy her web design package to complete the setup. That I believe was an additional $50. On July 3, I received notification that my website was completed. I didn't think so due to only 7 out of 13 were completed, my virtual address was not even on it. I was given 7 days to review and notify if any changes were necessary. After all this time had passed I was upset with her business and timing. I contacted her on July 10 through her portal about my ***, ***, and other business articles I still hadn't received, and still to this day I have not heard from her all the prior correspondence had been removed except July 3 with her said to be completed web. I recently did a search on the ** website for ****** and it has NOT BEEN DONE and she has ghosted me. I want all my money back, I have not been able to conduct business and all this did is cost me financially and emotionally.

    I am writing in response to the complaint filed by [Customer's Name]. I take all concerns seriously and aim to address them promptly and professionally.


    The website I provided to the customer included all the information and links she submitted via the intake form. Its important to note that the customer only submitted the eCommerce form on June 9, 2024, and no information regarding the *** was ever provided. All necessary directions were clearly outlined and communicated in the email sent to the customer.


    Additionally, the customer signed an agreement acknowledging the process, including the policy that delays in submitting required information could result in being moved to the back of the queue. This policy ensures fairness to all clients and allows me to manage projects efficiently.


    At no point did I ghost the customer, as I have maintained consistent communication throughout the process. If there are further clarifications or specific concerns that need addressing, I remain open and willing to assist. My goal is always to ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to the agreed terms and policies.

    I have attached a screen shot of the payment for the Entire web and business package I purchased. My facts are actual as I stated the whole process. If I didn't go through it and pay for it I Would Not Have Access to any of it or Know About the Company's Procedures.  ******************** calls my claim false, her records need to be checked to see her error. 

    Also, since filing this claim, I just tried to log in to the portal and I have been denied access. AGAIN SOMETHING ELSE I HAVE PAID FOR and not getting from Lets Level Up! I still have all screen shots and email correspondence as well!
