    I returned some parts from my business' inventory that were no longer needed. They rejected my return and shipped the parts back to me, which is understandable under their current return policy. However, they claimed that two of the parts I sent were never received, which is a flat-out lie. I packed the returns myself, and the parts are not in my shop anymore, so Injured Gadgets absolutely received them.Refurbished - OLED Screen and Digitizer Assembly w/ Frame for ******* Galaxy S20 (All Carriers except ******* 5G UW) (G980) (Cloud Blue) - Injured Gadgets retail value: $162.83 Premium - LCD Screen and Digitizer Assembly w/ Frame for ******* Galaxy A03s (A037M / 2021) (** Version) (Single SIM) (TYPE-C) (Black) - Injured Gadgets retail value: $36.25 They literally stole $199.08 worth of parts from me and have no interest in remedying the situation.

    We have no need to steal parts from a customer that returns them. Especially if we offer to return parts. Additionally if a part is defective and out of warranty it would be of no value to **. 

    we appreciate the customer reaching out however we simply did not receive these parts nor have them. If theyd like wed be happy to send them two defective parts of the same quality.

    I am rejecting this response because: The parts were in the package and were in perfect working condition - hence, they are classified as a RETURN and not an RMA. Stating that they would happily send defective parts, to me, proves that they have no desire to resolve this situation. And, their response, as such, is a fine example of their lack of professionalism. A large company like this could take a loss like this and never even bat an eye - that's what insurance is for. All I'm asking is that they make the situation right. I don't want the parts. I want nothing to do with this company. They've proven that they do not value their customers or their reputation. I would like a full refund for the parts that were kept. This could be considered 'theft by deception', and if I need to get the law involved, I will. Looking at previous BBB complaints, I am not the first one to experience this type of treatment from this company. Maybe review any type of surveillance video in that area when the return was received, because there is clearly a thief in their midst. If I am forced to press charges, that video will be invaluable to both parties. If this situation isn't fixed, I will take it to the next level. If not for me, then for all the other people that have experienced this type of treatment, and to prevent this toxicity from spreading in the future.
