I worked for this company from home managing an ethics line, they work under a different name called convescent by ********. I am forced to work from home and this job was flexible enough. This was the lowest pay job I ever got, but I accepted due to my circumstances. For most of my year on the company I had no problems, but the pay was low, you had to work holidays and there was no such a thing as bonus or any kind of extras. On my position, we had no contact of any sort with HR. I was a good worker and after having issues with my internet for 1 week, out of the blue they terminated me. No previous warnings, no write-**** no nothing. I ended up loosing my PTO. To them, you are just a number. The sad thing is, they help manage an ethics line when they have no ethics with their own employees.

I have also had an experience with my pay being short. This company has a shady process of not allowing you to "clock in" yourself on at least the project I was assigned to. I felt this was not a good fit along with other incidents and had left. I didn't get an update on how to get my paystub to which I had to inquire about and did receive. However, when I mentioned I was missing at least 6 hours of pay, I got a response that I did not attend a day. A day consisted of 8 hours so I would be missing more than 6 hours of pay. The pay itself is already low and I only counted 6 hours so I do not understand the need for an employee to lie about it. To add further issues, you will have a difficult time showing proof as you do not have a timeclock record. I stated this to this HR coordinator I was speaking to and naturally no response. My state's labor board claimed there was a contract to which it was not and I will be reaching back out on my own end. However, this review is to hopefully warn people or give them an insight on how some companies can operate.

Absolutely horrible company. I missed several days due to circumstances outside of my control; once I got back to work, I was told to log out and wait for a phone call from HR. The phone call never came, and within 24 hours I was blocked from logging into work. I then received a survey asking me why I quit. I did not quit. Beware of CGS.
