I called in Dec 2024 to have my membership cancel; I was not informed that I needed to provide an email to cancel my membership, I was informed that the membership would be cancelled., I however, I notice that I still was being charged for services that I was no longer using or wanted. I called again in April 2025 to dispute the charges and was informed that I needed to speak with Timka, it took her 4 days to reach me. I also, requested for a call back from her supervisor and as of 05/05/2025 I have not heard from her. Instead, I received another charge on my credit card. I spoke with *****, and he removed the charge from May, however, the other charges, I am still disputing from Dec until March. Each time you speak to someone you get a different *********** whom it may concern:I am providing this notice of cancellation effective December 1, 2024. Despite multiple attempts to reach ****** to cancel my membership, I was informed by the **** in December that my membership would be cancelled. However, upon reviewing my credit card statement, I noticed unauthorized charges from the ****. After receiving a return call from ******, who stated they are allowed up to 5 days to return calls, I was informed I would hear back from them yesterday, which did not happen. I learned I should have been instructed to send an email. I have followed the provided instructions, and now I am being informed that the organization will not honor the cancellation starting December 1, 2024.This is not the service I expected to receive from the **** Robert Fowler location after acting in good faith and following the instructions provided by the **** staff. It is apparent that misinformation is provided often. Just so we are clear, I did make an attempt to cancel this membership in December 2024 and was informed that the membership was being cancelled.Thank you,******* **********
