  Inner Management Services operates only through communities built by ***************************. The reasoning? No other community would purposely hire this group. Unfortunately, it took threatening legal action to have anything completed. No responses, no updates, and incredibly rude staff makes me excited to leave this HOA. As a community, we had to demand an HOA meeting to discuss next steps and removing Inner Management Services as our board. I agree with the rest, Inner Management Services needs to be investigated for strong signs of fraud.

  They have not kept up our gutters, the power washing or the grass. The manager ******** ignores you. if she does respond she just tells you they are working on it, or that its going to get done. its been over 2 years no power washing or gutters cleaned. We pay 500 a year and nothing gets done. the detention pond behind the house isn't up kept or cut on time.

  Scammers! We closed on our home with no HOA. These people came in insisting that an HOA is now in effect and we need to pay them or suffer the consequences. They dont enforce any rules that would benefit the community but are harassing homeowners to pay. There is no board that has been established so who is overseeing the funds being collected? This company needs to be investigated.

  If incouldngive them zero stars I would anyway I'll start with how they charge a HOA fee for ******* township but they're not enforcing the rules. I'm a homeowner and not a renter. They aren't enforcing the parking rules. The cars speed in the neighborhood and it's out of hand.They stopped enforcing rules about the trash can which has really put me over the top because it's two houses in particular who the ***************** want even pick their trash up because of the mess.When u have ppl renting or leasing and the property owners are just collecting a check they don't care. You actually have homeowners in the neighborhood like myself who follow the rules and pay the fees and y'all not doing youre part especially about the the trash and trash bins

  These folks do not respond to homeowners quickly. The wife of the builder of ******** builders appears to be the owner of inner Management services which is the management company for ***************************. They don't have any address for where their business is on their website. They want you to pay *** fees online only and charge you extra fees for paying. They don't seem to care about taking care of the property for instance you cannot read the street signs. They don't replace them. They charge $400 per year per house for $170 homes approximately and no accounting of the money in detail. It just smells corrupt. My personal opinion is it's nothing but a money grab for ******** builders and his wife. Every home is built they are gone from *************************** and the *** has still not been turned over to the homeowners. I suspect we're going to have to hire an attorney to get anything done here and to find out exactly where our money goes.
