    In August of 2020, I mailed my watch to the Gallet Company. I am unable to contact via phone, email or social media this company. Phone calls made but only get an answering machine. I was last contacted in Jan 6 of 2024 but nothing since. Phone numbers tried are **********. I have tried all option on 855 number to no avail. A sub contractor for repair is THE MULTICHRON SERVICE CENTER. I tried to make contact with ***************, *************************** and *********************. I would first like my watch repaired or return of my watch and a refund of $850.

    In July of 2021, I mailed this watch to the Gallet Company, ********************************. I am unable to contact via phone, email or social media this company. Phone calls made but only get an answering machine. I was last contacted in Jan of 2023 but nothing since. PHone numbers tried are ************ and ************. I have tried all option on 855 number to no avail. A sub contractor for repair is THE MULTICHRON SERVICE CENTER. I would first like my watch repaired or return of disassemble watch and a refund of $1000.

    After extensive delays caused by the passing of 2 of our technical staff during the Covid pandemic and the difficulty in replacing this **************** with the correct skills, wristwatch was satisfactorily repaired/restored and returned to client. See attached PDF file showing ***** delivery confirmation for return of wristwatch to client with satisfactorily completed repair. Please update records at BBB accordingly.

    Delivered an antique heirloom Gallet chronograph watch for repair and rebuild April 2022. $950 paid upfront, and was told up to 9 month wait time. For the past 11 months have attempted to obtain status. Please note I was the one initiating contact--never received any communication initiated by Gallet. To date have not received any status and will be producing a demand letter. After that my next avenue would be to file a criminal complaint for adverse possession of watch and monies and since this was done on an interstate basis I would consider federal charges.
