    Subject: Breach of Contract and Failure to Complete Bathroom Restoration - M&A Restoration I am writing to bring to your attention a significant issue regarding the restoration project of my master bathroom undertaken by M&A Restoration. Despite entering into a signed contract and receiving full payment for the restoration work, the company has failed to fulfill its obligations, leaving my bathroom in a gutted state, unchanged from the day they began the project.The agreed-upon scope of work included the complete renovation of the bathroom, encompassing plumbing, tiling, **************** installations, and overall restoration to transform it into a functional and aesthetically pleasing space.Regrettably, despite providing the full payment required upfront, M&A Restoration has not executed any of the contracted services as promised. The company has not initiated the restoration process, and my bathroom remains in a state of disrepair, causing great inconvenience and distress.As a paying customer, I expected professionalism, adherence to the terms of the contract, and timely completion of the restoration work. The failure to deliver on these basic expectations is not only a breach of our agreement but also reflects poorly on the reputation and credibility of M&A Restoration.I kindly request your immediate intervention in this matter. It is imperative that M&A Restoration rectifies this situation promptly by either completing the restoration work within a reasonable timeframe or issuing a full refund of the amount paid for products and montary $18,000 and $25,500 for the breach of contract and the inconvenience bestowed upon me the client. Additionally, I expect clear and transparent communication regarding their plan of action to resolve this issue.Please be advised that if a satisfactory resolution is not reached promptly, I will be forced to explore legal avenues to protect my rights as a consumer and seek appropriate compensation for the damages caused.
