    We ordered a trailer from Make My Trailer and it has not been a good experience!! An email is sent to the customer once the ******************** is ready for pickup. Granted the pickup location is 6 hours from where we live. We had ordered a white trailer so expected to get a white trailer. When my husband got to the manufacturer there was a BLACK trailer sitting there. He went inside to speak with the lady and she informed him that the black trailer was his to pickup. He informed her that he had ordered a white one and was told that he could take it or leave it. First off, what kind of customer service is that????? Second, why was an email sent to us letting us know our trailer was ready if in fact it wasn't? The lady told my husband that if we wanted to wait for a white trailer to be built it would take another 6-8 weeks. This would have not been an issue if they would have just told us that upfront. Since the trip to get the trailer was a 12 hour drive round trip, we couldn't justify not taking the trailer that was there. Then when I called the office of Make My Trailer to explain what had happened, **** said that she would talk with her boss to see if they could give us any sort of compensation. It has been weeks now and they are avoiding my calls!! I also wanted to point out that the manufacturer did a crappy job building the trailer. The inside light worked once and quit, the door was built crooked (very obvious) and they did not put any support under the side door frame. I would not suggest doing business with this company!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would just for the fact that the lady at the manufacturer was rude and didn't care that they didn't have the correct color of trailer for us, the trailer was built half assed and that the company itself will not return our calls!
