    On 10/29/2022 I purchased a snake homing rack system from ****** ****** with PAC Racks LLC for $731.80. Weeks passed with no communication from PAC Racks with a lead time or possible delays. I made several phone calls to ******* ************ where I left voicemails for follow up to my order ************* No phone calls were ever returned. I then went to the website and inquired through their contact us page. I was responding back and forth with ****** as I no longer need the racking system and wanting a return at this point as his response was that he had not found a supplier to make racking system. He proceeded to say it may not be available until mid 2023. ****** stated he returned my money but I never seen it in my credit card account and I had given it over a week to process, his response was that it has been happening and proceeded to ask for my Venmo account name to return the money that way. On December 14, 2022 I provided my Venmo account number and still have not seen the funds in my account and ****** has since will not respond to my emails or phone calls. I have provided my number and email to him on numerous correspondence with now zero response. I have tried to make this transaction as amicable as possible and at this point just want the money I spent, returned. Receipt attached for proof.
