    Horrible communication, they charge upfront for services (severely inflated) and then refund the overage a week later, there is a different vet every day so animal care is inconsistent, and if any concerns are communicated from clients they “terminate their professional relationship” with them and ignore the issue. The front desk staff is extremely rude - ignores customers to have personal conversations with visiting friends. The techs there are very unprofessional. They struggled doing basic tasks and did not appear to be trained appropriately. A couple of the vets there are great, but the service we experienced was horrible.
