    The owner of this company has the correct name! His Name is ****! He is the rudest person that I have ever had the most unpleasant experience of doing business with. He also does not back up his work, always sends his workers out to access proplems by video to tell them what to do next by looking at video only and will never come back out after work is completed. If you have problems after install of a new unit, says its not his problem that the customer didn't ask for it! If air ducts were ran properly from previous unit before his crew ran a new unit even when he was the one that did the estimate in the first place. So, now we are stuck with air flow only on oneside of home because our ******************************************* the home properly to the other side. Don't you think him being the expert he would have seen this when doing his estimate? He says I should have asked for it!!!
